	What inspires people today about the Underground Railroad?
	What lessons can we learn from it?
	What message(s) do you want to communicate to people who see your monument?
	How will you reflect all of this in your monument?

As you work through the steps in the Process section, you will explore answers to these questions. Your answers will help shape your design.
